Jonathan L. Ruhsam, owner of Sunnyrock Building & Design LLC, has come home to Central PA after 12+ years designing and building luxury villas in the Virgin Islands. Famous for a legacy of extraordinary homes that have withstood the brunt of fierce hurricanes without damage, Jonathan is thrilled to bring his years of creative experience to discriminating homeowners throughout
our region.

Jonathan's hands-on style immerses him in every
phase of home building, from the preliminary drawings to the finish on the cabinetry. He first recognized his calling building barns on his family farm in Middleburg, Virginia; then moved on to historical renovation and timber frame homes in New England. Looking to experience more of the world, he followed his dream to the Caribbean.
